My name is Curtis Oden, and I am walking 1000 miles to help my friend Sasha. Sasha is a three-year-old boy who has been battling leukemia for more than a year. He’s responding well, and he’s a strong boy, but he still has a long road ahead. His parents’ medical plan only covers a small portion of his treatment costs.
To help Sasha, I’m taking pledges based on the number of miles I walk over the year, with donations to be paid out and given to Sasha with the completion of each 100 mile milestone. You can make pledges for each milestone by following the links below.

Currently, donations are not tax deductible, although we hope to have 501(c)(3) not-for-profit status in the next few months, either through an existing charity or by forming a new one to support this effort.
