Hitting My Stride

Last night I completed another five miles, bringing the total to fifty-seven. I’ve hit a good stride with the five mile walks. I’m able to do them in just under an hour (as in 59 minutes and fourteen seconds). I’m tired but not beat when I finish, and I’m recovering much faster after a workout.
